Love and Discipline (Heb 12:4-13)

Today, we turn to Hebrews 12:4-13 to better understand the Lord's . . . "Love & Discipline".

In this lesson, we learn:

• God lovingly disciplines his children.
• God does this so that we will share in his holiness.
• While discipline is not pleasant, it assures us of God’s love and trains us in the ways of Jesus.
• Therefore, we can rehearse these truths so that we will be encouraged to continue to struggle against sin.
• So, let’s submit ourselves to our Father’s discipline that we will be more and more conformed to Christ.
