Generous (2 Cor 8:1-9)

This week, we look at 2 Corinthians 8:1-9 to see an example of what it means to be . . . "Generous".

• Because God has been generous to us, we are called to be generous.
• God’s generosity to us is extravagant.
• As we give ourselves to Jesus, giving to others is a joyful privilege.
• And that we ought to overflow with generosity as we
  • Grow in gratitude.
  • Identify opportunities around you.
  • Value what is truly important.
  • Engage willingly and wisely.
  • Remember: God owns it all.
• So, let’s excel in the grace of joyful giving for God’s glory and the good of others.
